Everything worth knowing before we talk — plainly, no fluff.

Strategic technology work across five areas: cybersecurity and security governance, AI automation, digital transformation, quality assurance, and fractional-CTO leadership. In practice that means securing systems, shipping AI that actually pays off, and giving boards and founders a senior technical partner without a full-time hire.

A fractional CTO is a senior technology leader who works with you part-time — setting technical direction, owning architecture and security decisions, and steering delivery — for a fraction of the cost of a full-time hire. It fits founders and boards who need seasoned judgement now but don’t yet need (or want) a permanent executive.

Yes — engagements are remote-first, with on-site visits when a project needs them. I’m based between Oman and Türkiye and work with clients across the GCC, the wider Middle East, and internationally, in both Arabic and English.

It starts with a short discovery call to understand the problem and the outcome you want. From there I propose a clear scope, timeline, and price before any work begins — no open-ended retainers by default. You get a senior person doing the actual work, not a junior team behind a brand.

Mostly fixed-scope, fixed-price per project so you know the cost up front, with monthly arrangements available for ongoing fractional-CTO or advisory work. Pricing depends on scope and depth; the discovery call gives you a concrete number, not a vague range.

From startups hardening their first product to established organisations modernising legacy systems — commonly in fintech, SaaS, logistics, and other technology-dependent sectors. The common thread is that technology is core to the business and the stakes are real.

Discretion is the default. I’m happy to sign a mutual NDA before we get into specifics, and sensitive material stays sensitive — client details on this site are anonymised for that reason.

A discovery call can usually happen within days. Once scope is agreed, most projects kick off within a week or two — sooner for urgent security incidents, where speed matters most.

You deal with one senior practitioner end to end — the person scoping the work is the person doing it. Decisions are pragmatic and tied to business outcomes, scope and price are clear before you commit, and the goal is systems you can trust long after the engagement ends.

Book a 30-minute discovery call. We’ll talk through your situation, and you’ll leave with a clear next step — whether or not we end up working together.
